"My devotion to yoga teaching as strong as my passion for yoga practice."
Hayeon Song, the founder and teacher of Yogafulness Life, started her yoga journey in 2008. The majority of her yoga training and teaching experiences took place in Asian countries across South Korea (her home town), Thailand, Vietnam, and China. Her passion for yoga practice and devotion to teaching have inspired many people around the world for more than a decade.
Having to have her own children raised in multi-cultural environment over the years, yoga has deeply inspired her to create a higher level of compassion which is one of the key elements in yoga teaching. She strongly believes that the more values she generates, the more people she can invite to a beautiful journey of mindfulness, gratefulness, and joyfulness so that they can get the same benefits that yoga brought into her life.
“My mission is to encourage people to learn how to nurture themselves with using tools of yoga. Yoga is the great reminder to listen to your breath, be with the given and practice with what matters in the very present moment. Once learnt how to let go of any part of you that doesn’t resonate with your being, you can cultivate more positivity and creativity into your living and eventually, you are able to share more caring and love ahead.”
Our intention at Yogafulness Life is to inspire our community to explore their inner selves with self -wisdom, in an environment that provides support, love, care and courageous growth in your body, mind, and spirit.
This is the place where you can feel ‘at home’ to unplug yourself, slow your mind down, and restore a sense of balance. We are not only providing a space to practice yoga but also we encourage you to discover your potential strength and possibility within. We invite you in an optimal position to begin and enhance your practice, and tailor it to best support your physical health and fulfilled life.
Our One on One free personal counselling is one of the most effective ways for you to stay motivated and during which time it anchors your reflective practice and purposeful life.
"We are more than a yoga studio."
