An 1HOUR full length Vinyasa Yoga Flow just like I normally teach my students in the yoga studio. It’s a Beginner friendly yoga class, but there are still some challenging poses such as side plank, balancing poses(W3, Half Moon, etc..), so please modify where necessary and enjoy your practice in your own mindful, honest way.
I’d recommend you to try this at least once a week, and you will get so many benefits from this meditative yoga flow which helps you release some stagnant energy, negative thoughts, stress and anxiety from your daily life. Remember you are worthy of 1 HOUR BREAK for loving and caring yourself!
