Have tight quads?
This is short but effective yoga stretch for quadriceps and hip flexors (your front thigh area). If you are a runner or using lots of your lower body in your workout, this is a perfect practice for you; use this quad stretch as warm up and cool down to keep your body safe from injury in your legs and knees.
Repeat this sequence on a regular basis to simply improve flexibility and range of motion in your hips to release tension and tightness in your lower back. I’d also encourage you to return to this practice after sitting a lot, having a long day as well.
