20min Total Body Yoga For Flexibility & Strength

This is a 22min simple yet challenging total body yoga flow. You will learn how to lengthen your body with deepening your breath and it will help you release some tension and stress in your body and mind too. I do recommend you to try this at least 2-3times a week to strengthen your core muscles and improve your flexibility in your entire body.
