This is a 9min Yoga Stretch Routine whenever you need some stretches and relaxation in your busy, hectic daily life. We will perform mostly seated poses that can help you increase flexibility in your lower body and release some tension, tightness in the lower back, hips, hamstrings and quads. The more you show up and repeat this, the more you feel calm and easeful not only physically, but also mentally, emotionally.
