Yoga for back-awakening🌞

Dealing with back pain? First you need to know how to use your back muscles and train them properly. Try these strengthening poses. It will soothe aches in your back.

1️⃣ ‘W’akeup call for back

Open you chest, reach your arms out and up to the sky, bend your elbows toward your side body as you draw your two wings down to your spine. Imagine two scapulars are trying to kiss each other^^

2️⃣Mini Push ups

Before going all the way down to the mat, warm up your core and shoulders with the right form. Keep the elbows hugging into the torso with strong abs with relaxed neck, naturally curved spine

.

3️⃣Knee- Chest – Chin

Move your chest forward to land it down between your hands. Do not shrug your shoulders, keep the shoulders away from ears with feeling the muscles of upper back are engaged

.

4️⃣ ‘W’ Formation

As you exhale, slowly lift arms off the mat, bend your elbows and and hold about 5seconds then release. Repeat

Make sure you are generating this movement from shoulder and upper back not the low back

.

5️⃣Cobra pose

Move your shoulder down to the mat, and lift your sternum(chest) up. Rather than pushing your hands down to life up, try to rise up by using the strength of back muscles

.
