This is a 15min tutorial practice for a Cobra pose which is very beneficial for those with tight shoulders or back pain.
You will learn how to approach to the pose in safe, mindful and easeful ways without any discomfort or pain in your lower back.
If you do Cobra pose in a proper way, it will strengthen your core muscles to correct posture and eventually relieve your lower back pain as well.
Take any modification that works for you the best in the process; take it slow, easy and create your own version of Cobra pose as you continue to breathe.
