Hope you are doing well and enjoying my morning yoga routines so far.
This is another 40-minute total body morning yoga practice for weight loss.
Not only this practice will help you tone your body, build core muscles, or get your body fit, but also it will give you a great chance to wake you up in the morning, let energy flow, and boost your confidence in preparation for the day that is ahead.
I didn’t take shavasana, the final resting pose in the end of this practice, but feel free to take a rest of your choice as much as needed. You know what is the BEST for you to keep your body healthy and relaxed.
