Try this quick, intensive, and effective core exercise everyday no matter how busy you are. This is a bit different from the past yoga practices I’ve been sharing in my channel; little bit of faster pace with a timer setting, but I do guarantee you will get amazing results if you continue this practice at least once a day with a good healthy diet. Feel free to pause this video whenever you need extra break between each exercise, But Do Not Give Up and don’t skip the Cool Down at the end of the practice!
