POWER Yoga Workout For Strength & Flexibility

This is one of my favorite versions of Power Yoga Flow to energize and refresh myself. It will also help you burn some calories and work it out! It focuses on your core strength and building and toning your lower body with lots of variation of yoga poses. Practice with open mind and experience something new each moment you show up for yourself. I would encourage you to move at your own pace with steady breaths even if it feels a bit challenging for you, please do not give up. Remember you are much more powerful, stronger, and wiser than you think.
