Want Strength and Flexibility?
This is 25min Yoga practice with the perfect combination of Flexibility and Strength (2 in 1).
We will be working on stretching our hips and hamstrings as well as shoulders and back basically our total body. And you will enjoy some exercises to tone your hips and abs too at the same time!
This practice is for all levels, so feel free to modify each pose on your own way and do not hesitate to make a mistake or become a bit silly. No one is perfect in the first place, just go with flow and enjoy every move to find your Best 💜
