This is a quick intensive 3min Yoga 🧘🏻♀️ & pilates fusion workout without any cues.
Oblique crunch and side stretch in standing poses will strengthen your core, tone your arms/legs 💪🦵and hips at the same time. Additionally, you will enjoy some yoga movement between fat burning exercises and maintain a perfect balance between ease and effort.
Do not be afraid to make a mistake during the workout, you will be surprised to know how many times I had to practice this sequence to make it happen 👊
