Warrior Flow

Let’s practice Warrior II pose to strengthen your legs 🦵, core (#abs) and build your balance with foundations. As you move from Warrior II transit to Peaceful Triangle pose, you can feel a nice stretch throughout your side body, too. Be a beautiful warrior and stay strong, open,and positive on off the mat💋

1️⃣Warm up

Bend and straighten front leg *𝕣𝕖𝕡𝕖𝕒𝕥

Keep the shoulders down and your neck long

.

2️⃣Warrior II

Keep your front knee bent over the ankle and press the back foot firmly down with lifting inner arch. Draw your navel in and lengthen your tail bone down to release your lower back.

3️⃣Peaceful Triangle

Extend the front leg and arm into opposite directions, feel the openess in your chest, shoulder, neck

4️⃣Repeat or switch sides.
