How long is a private yoga session?
Our private sessions are 1 hour long with around 10 minutes before and after for wrap up.
Do i need to bring my own yoga props?
It is preferable to bring your own yoga mat. If not, we offer yoga mats for rent and purchase.
How often should i do yoga?
We recommend around 2 - 3 sessions per week all depending on your schedule. The more you practice, the sooner you will notice the benefits of yoga.
