Postnatal Yoga

Postnatal yoga class is specially designed to aid new mother’s postnatal recovery whilst also allowing time for engaging, bonding and relaxing with baby. It will help new mothers to regain strength in their body, to open and release areas of tightness and tension in the back, neck and shoulders, and to find space for relaxation.
