Cancellation Policy

Late Cancellations and No Shows Policy Late Cancellations • Cancellation window: 2 hours before advertised class start time • Late cancel penalty o Pass members: lose one pass o Unlimited membership members: first time = warning, second time onwards = $10 penalty and recurring 4 times in a period of two weeks = loss of online booking privilege for one week. No Shows • Pass members: lose one pass • Unlimited membership members: each time $15 penalty, recurring 4 times in a period of one month = loss of online booking privilege for two weeks. Late Entry • Late entry is strongly discouraged. The door will be locked 5 minutes after the advertised class starting time. • Being late over 5 minutes will be regarded as a no show and no show penalties (as per above) will apply.
